Returns Policy

Policy on Sale Items

We at Phillips Shoes want to make your online experience as easy and enjoyable as purchasing goods in our store. We are happy to offer a refund on goods purchased online and returned within 14 days of purchase.

we do  not offer exchange or return of heavily discounted items 70% or more off .

These Policies relate to products purchased online only.

General Return Instructions

  • Enclosed with your order you will find a returns form.
  • where the customer needs to return or exchange an item they  must bear the cost to either post or courier the shoes or product to our store.
  • Please select reason for the Return and the Action you would like us to take from the tables shown and enter into the relevant boxes above next to the item you wish to return.
  • In the case of damaged or faulty goods, please give the details of exact nature of the damage or fault in the box provided.
  • Ensure to send your parcel via a secure delivery method (we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit) and allow 7 to 10 days for your return to be actioned.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds & Exchanges

Return by Post

Complete the returns form by filling in the reasons for returns and all other relevant details.

Simply repackage your purchase and enclose your completed returns form and post your parcel to the below address:

On receipt of the parcel we will send you a confirmation email and will begin to process your returns upon inspection of the items.

Return In Store

Complete the returns form enclosed with your order and take to any till point in store where we will process your returns upon inspection of the items.You can return goods to our store in Ballyhaunis:

Please remember to bring along the credit card which was used to purchase goods online and a form of identification.

You should request a receipt of collection or retain an email as proof of return.


Exchanging Goods

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product in a different size if available, pending the product being returned as new, in unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging (in its original box).

If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the web site by the user.

Please note that it is our policy to return goods to the purchaser should we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS. FURTHER DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE CITIZENS ADVISE BUREAU.
